OVERVIEW
Improv is more than just making stuff up on the spot – it’s a powerful tool for personal growth and development. At MYTP, we believe that improv is a valuable way for kids and youth to build their confidence, creativity, and communication skills.

Our classes, led by experienced improviser/actor Tony Babcock, are designed to be both fun and challenging for students of all skill levels.

Through a variety of games, exercises, and scenes, students will learn how to think on their feet, collaborate with others, and unleash their creativity. By learning to trust their instincts and take risks, students will discover that they are capable of more than they ever thought possible.

In our classes, students will learn how to actively listen, speak clearly and confidently, and express themselves in creative and compelling ways. These skills will help them become more effective communicators in all aspects of their lives, from school to social situations to future careers. Perhaps most importantly, our improv classes are a place for kids and youth to have fun, make friends, and explore their creativity in a supportive and welcoming environment. Our classes are a great way for students to step out of their comfort zones, take risks, and discover their unique voices.
